Proposal Coordination Package

The thing that goes wrong with proposals is never the question. It is the logistics: the venue that double-books, the flowers that arrive late, the photographer standing somewhere obvious, the drive that takes forty minutes longer than anyone allowed for. We handle all of it, and we rehearse it. It starts with a proper planning conversation, on WhatsApp or a call, where we work out what she or he would actually like rather than what looks good online. Then we secure and dress the location: a private garden, a rooftop at dusk, a forest clearing, a lakeside deck, or somewhere that already means something to you both. Styling, flowers, candles or lights, and a decoy reason for being there that holds up. A photographer and videographer are positioned in advance and stay invisible until the moment has happened. Then they come out and you get the portraits. On the day there is a coordinator whose entire job is the timing: keeping you unhurried, keeping everyone else out of the frame, and dealing with whatever the day throws. On price, the figure covers planning and rehearsal, venue hire and exclusivity, full styling and decor, photographer and videographer, an on-the-day coordinator, and private transport. At two people that is USD 510 to USD 530 per person. Dinner afterwards, musicians, and a cake are all commonly added and quoted separately. One honest note: we will tell you if we think an idea will not work. A drone over a national park needs KWS clearance, a rooftop in April may well be rained off, and some restaurants handle this beautifully while others will seat you next to the kitchen.
