Most corporate team days are endured rather than enjoyed, and everyone in the room knows it by the second exercise. This one is built by asking what you actually need first, then choosing the activity to fit, rather than running the same circuit for every group. If the team is new to each other, the day leans social. If there is a specific friction, between departments, after a restructure, or around a change nobody has said out loud, the facilitation targets it and the activities carry it rather than the other way round. Venues sit within an hour of the city: outdoor grounds in Karen and Langata, forest space at Karura, lakeside at Naivasha for a longer version, or a private garden venue. Activities range across problem-solving challenges, outdoor games, cooking competitions, sport, and quieter structured sessions for teams who would rather talk than run around. We will tell you honestly if what you have asked for will not achieve what you want. On price, the figure covers venue hire, facilitation, all activity materials, transport both ways, and lunch with refreshments. At six people that is roughly USD 360 to USD 375 per person, and it falls substantially at larger headcounts, so send us your actual number and we will price it properly. Everything comes on one invoice. Two practical notes: April and May carry real rain risk for outdoor venues and we always hold a covered fallback, and if anyone on the team has a mobility need or a condition we should know about, tell us at booking and the activity is chosen so nobody is sitting out.
